got that sucker in today finally... and let me tell you... if you have big hands it's a bitch... I had to get the UIM loose and pull it forward some to get in there with a stubby combo 19mm wrench...

I can say that I'm really glad it's in... I no longer have a problem with heat soak causing the check engine light to come on the computer to make the car run like crap... she's running like new at the moment... and we all know that's a good thing

the only thing that bothered me is that I got my hands on a few of the vacuum hoses under there and they are... ummm... brittle? I broke 2 of them without being rough... glad I had some hose that size on hand... time to get a hose kit

the FD is a harsh mistress, but I still love her

that is good. i had a problem with my water thermosensor. it got progressively worse like yours did and coincidentially, so did the performance of the car.

my buddy brian(rxotic) has an intake air thermosensor code now as well, but is ignoring it. however, i think that when his **** starts acting up that he'll get off his *** if he ever wants to drive his car again....
