the thing engages like crazy...there is only 2 options engaged or disengaged....ther is no slipping this clutch......traffice is going to suck. i chirp third now without even trying. vosko you think this is OKAY for daily driving???? from a 4 puck i guess it might be.
|
i'm not vosko but it might tear up the rear alot.
i new a guy in a black fc and his **** grabbed like crazey rear end was allways breaking |
I street drove mine when I had the 6 puck... and you think thats a clutch.. you should try a twin plate, now that GRABS..
|
yeah the twin plates are nuts, that being said i dont like the iron cross on the street either, its too hardcore for me
mike |
mine engages almost like stock now because i put in an upgraded clutch slave. i have an extra one if anyone wants it
|
Out of curriousity, how does this clutch compare to the Center Force Dual Friction? Thats what I used to have in my Tll and though it was pretty good on the streets. Just looking to see my options for when I upgrade the FD.

The centerforce doesn't last very long on high powered rx-7's. Instead of the non-spung act 6 puck, I used a racing beat sprung 6 puck disk with the extreme pressure plate. It still takes a while to get used to, but it can be slipped. A better option for the street might be a street/strip disk with an extreme pressure plate.

So a clutch between wraiths ACT 6 puck and my Center Force dual friction would be?? I dont want it grabbing so much that first chirps all the time but even stronger then the Center Force would be nice.........
