Long story short, my car was stolen a while ago, then recovered just recently. I've been driving it every now and then to go through the process of getting it on the road again.
There happens to be a new boost gauge in my car now, while boosting on the motorway (freeway)today I noticed the boost gauge reading about 5-7 psi when for both the turbo's. I wonder because I'm somewhat confident that there's no boost tap that's put the boost pressure down.
I do also feel the car is generally down on power. Any ideas?

p.s. cat converter has been taken out, pretty much free flow, front mount intercooler, 2 pod filters (although dirty) and an hks bov are the mods on the car.

 

Also the car seems to be misfiring a little, I do believe the engine has not been ported but when started cold, you can hear some misfiring. When it's driving, it runs fine.
