If you can somehow get a bit more credibility rather than just post a link to an article it would make it sound a bit more plausible. Can you get some dyno graphs up, Who tuned it and can they verify it, were the right SAE correction factors put in?? Do you have any specs on how they were hi flowed, Wheel type/ size, What was done As I personally think it is quite possible.

Yeah I think a serious typo there. Or misunderstanding. The 99 twins with every supporting mod and maxed out might get you 370 rwhp. I mean maxed out! Like 17 psi. I might believe 369 crank HP at that level. To make that much rwhp at only 8 PSI is mathematically impossible. That is not enough air to make that much HP to the wheels. My personal car only made 328 rwhp and has only the best components and a large streetport with the 99 twins. Tuned by Rotary Performance at 15 psi. My tuner said I might have made 350 rwhp but my cat was too restrictive.
