the 'turning' aspect of the rear view mirrors? don't know if it's considered a 'part' though...

How about the seat mechanizm that moves the seat foward and back. It isn't powered, and I dont think they can get off trackk:
I don't know if they brake, but you gotta lube em pretty good. Then again...I'm all about the lube
