I need to find a cheap set of 15" x 11j wheels that will fit under the rear of a FD3S and over the brakes.. What offset do I need and does anyone know of a wheel that will fit.. cheaper is better as they will only be used to drag race on at the track.. I'm planning on sticking some 345/15 BFG's under there... rear is already overfendered out a inch or so.. they should fit if the offset brings them in nice a cozy with the struts..

i dont think many people have done this before. i just looked at the forgeline website, they wheels were 17x10 they dont list an offset, but we needed a 25mm spacer, to fit the 315 tires and they stuck out like 1-2"

I'm running 17x10J with a 45mm offset and 315 Nitto's right now and they fit perfict, hmmm maybe I'll crawl under the car and measure how much room there is left between the tire and the strut...

The 315 Nitto's will fit or 295's of other brands on the 10J 45mm offset.. they may stick out a mm or so, but they will fit fine as long as your not trying to low ride with the home boys...

Nitto's are rated wider than what they really are... just incase you were wondering.. the 275 nitto's are the same as a regular 255, 245 Nitto's are actually 235's...

we were albe to fit 305-35-17's by ponding out the front of the wheel well and rolling the fenders. they were rubbing on the top of the wheel wells

I found this nice wheel calculator.. as long as you know the wheel size on your car you can figure out a new size / width.. http://toy4two.home.mindspring.com/offset.html
