Anyone else have problems with the pipe that comes off the cross over tube, and the other pipe that leads to the intercooler lining up? does it matter if there is a gap as long as the blue rubber thing covers it?

Also..... is it neccessary to put the rebar back on?

 

Theres nothing more that pisses me off than parts that don't work/fit, soo hard to find a good company that actually makes quality parts, :rant:

its not nessicary to put the rebar back on, but if you street drive the car you should try to put it back on. that pipe fit reminds me of the m2 medium kits, it will work that way but i agree its not exactly a perfect fit

That rebar doesn't go anything except suport the radiator. Its pretty weak, so I doubt it adds any structural integrity to the car. I am going to remove mine to run cold air to the turbo.

 

try turning the pipe around. it looked weird to me when i first put mine on. did you cut the small piece of metal out where they said in th einstructions?
