No no no noooooo....the 190km is equal to about 120MPH...look at the pic that ILUV put up...look at the KM marks, find 190 and you'll see its a little below 120MPH...so he was going pretty fast...

I've heard of a TII running what "seemed" to be 210-215 mph. It was revving at 9K+ in 5th.
