so sum it up, turning left waiting for threw traffic to turn, i was already in the middle, and light turned yellow, looked clear, turned ,white van came threw and smacked me.

yea, looks like theres a bit of damage underneath... that really sucks. Similar thing happened to my first car. was there much intrusion into the engine bay? you may be able to transplant the engine/tranny, and the wheels look like they're still in decent condition, even the one on the hit side, from that pic.

 

its pushed in enough to just hit the intake tubeing. so im not sure on how this all works out. so im in fault because i dident yeald to traffic....so basically my insurance pays for whats wrong with the van(bumper) and i get higher payments, and i dont get anything right?

 

yeah, car is done. good thing you're ok

 

try and fight. If the van was running through a red light you win. Even if it was yellow fight and you might get something.
