Won't Start
#1
I just got the motor rebuilt and it ran fine for the first day, and now it doesn't want to start. It keeps flooding out the plugs. its dumping way to much fuel. we took out the plugs and dry started it, and it looked like a spray can pouring gas out. any ideas on whats going on. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Stuck open injectors. Bring them somewhere to get them cleaned and tested. It is easy to accidentally touch them to the engine housing and get dirt stuck in the pintle caps.
You could also unplug the injectors and see what happens when you try to start it with the plugs out. If you see gas coming out that they are definitely leaking. If you don't then they are either only leaking when they are triggered or maybe the ECU is giving them goofy signals.

Well, something i forgot to mention is that i put bigger secondaries and a 255 fuel pump. so do you think that might have something to do with it?
If not, then you would be running rich with the bigger injectors, cuz your ECU thinks you are running the stock injectors.

yeah, but what do they have to do with starting the car.(secondaries). My boost controller shows that the inj. cycle is 85-100% on the start. take the plugs out and the inj. cycle is 8-10%. When we chang the plugs, it starts just fine, and runs at 8-10% inj. I'm lost.
