The little actuator arms at the bottom of the 5th and 6th port actuators get tied open. U should see a little rod that moves up and down near those 2 dashpot looking things. Just tie the rods, rig them some how to be held open, the farthest they go up.

look at the last 3 pics in the list of thumbnails (click for larger versions)

in those the actuators have been removed (two 10mm nuts each) and a twist tie is used to wire them open, and the nuts replaced just so I don't lose them.

however, this is S4 LIM, so it will be slightly different for S5, but shouldnt be very large difference. You get the idea.

Maybe its just the S4's but for mine to be open, I push the actuator rods down. They are all the way up when the sleeves are closed. Are you talking about when you have the acuators out but the rods still there like Pengaru's pics??

on the S4 the actuator pulls the rod in when it see's positive pressure, you should be able to figure out what position the arm needs to be in then to be open, knowing what direction the rod moves to open the valve. I think the S5 actuator functions the same way.

actually, I purchased an S5 intake for my car.. it's sitting in my parents basement. The guy I bought it from had already wired the aux ports and the wires are still on the LIM, I will take some pics next time I visit if you still havent dove into it by then.

Please dont wire your 6 ports. Youre not gaining any hp, only losing it. If theyre not workign right now, clean them all up, and make them work. If they do work, leave them alone. I hate seeing people who think this is a great power mod. Its as much of a power mod as a type R sticker is....
