Ok, so I turned the key on. All fan settings work, all different positions (feet, dash, defrost, recirculate, etc.) change fine. When I move from hot to cold, cold to hot, I don't hear anything going on (no ticks or buzzes or anything).

New things: I found out that my defrost vents weren't aligned, so they're blowing under the dash.

Also, I think my fan might be blowing correctly, but I just didn't notice, because of the absence of my vents to concentrate the flow. So I'm convinced now that my blower is fine, I just need to find a way to move my defrost vents. Are they attached under the dash somehow, or can I just shift them with a screwdriver or something?

I had my dash out once, but I don't remember anything about the defrost tubes.
