why won't the jdm turbo2 harness work?

why the hell do i need to run a usdm harness/ecu when doing a jdm turbo2 swap?

Because the steering columns are on opposite sides, meaning the harness from the ecu connects to the other side. And the fuse block is on the drives side.

thats what i thought like everyone i talk to is like it will never work!.. god people are lazy what about the ecu? its the same right?

just stretch it over, thats what I did for now. Just be careful not to break n e thing. Now if I could just find a damn boost sensor

The n/a one works... I've had one in my car for over a year.





Just running no knockbox, and knock sensor.

f-con what?



if it's the old school "black box" version.

then yes, you NEED a factory ECU.



that one was made to be a piggyback controller. as every f-con since then has been (except for the ProV)

What sensor do you guys need? I've got an extra T2 sensor I originally used w/ my conversion...
