engine generates lots of heat --> need better metal to handle it

y-pipe + cats + 2 mufflers --> brings up the price

lack of manufacturer,competition --> set the price they want

gives tremendous amount of HP vs regular car --> reason to make the price higher

I bet he gets his can polished on a regular basis. The pipes arent that bad to get made, I got mine custom made in stainless with a siamese Y-pipe, its the damm mufflers that get you, either HKS, Racing Beat= alot of money. I used Borla, but they are just way too loud. Maybe in the spring Ill change them with the money from a side job or some ****, or maybe Ill just sell the whole damm car, who knows.

RB mufflers would be your best bet.

What we need is a company who will make a good catback and exhaust system for the FC guys, and sell it at a cheaper price. Once the other larger companies such as GReddy & APEXi notice it, they'll drop their prices to compete...hmmm, now who do we know that will have an FC shop soon
