Red face

So my turbo went out yesterday, and the car sounds like a mobile tornado siren. It makes small children cry and adults run for cover.

Ive got 4k left in the bank to waste on this much maligned machine, ive already put over a thousand in it and i paid too much for it to begin with. It leaves me feeling a bit like i was raped by a five hundred pound gorilla with a foot long ****.

Anway, what shall it be, should i go with a kit setup for a new turbo or should i find something on ebay and try to build my own? The engine was supposed to have been rebuilt with 3mm seals about 30k miles ago, but with this thing, who knows.

I think you'd be better off buying an upgrade than getting one rebuilt.

u have another car? save the money and work slowly on the 7. like rebuild the engine again just to besafe. you never know what that engine has been through w/ the previous owner. and drive ur other car around for the meanwhile

other car? i dont even have a job... im just a piteous college student who sold his last car (reliable) to get one of these (twisted and evil). My bicycle is broken too. Poor me.

With this hks kit, i guess im going to need to upgrade the fuel system? injectors and a new pump? I suppose ill have to get a computer of some sort too. Haltech looks really nice, a bit pricey though.
