You should not need to remove the heater core from the car to flush it. You the inlet and outlet are on the firewall in the engine compartment. Removing the heater core would require removing the entire dash if I am not mistaken.

noooooo...the blower IS UNDERNEATH THE GLOVE BOX .......THE HEATER UNIT IS TO THE LEFT OF THAT....IT IS BEHIND THE RADIO AND TEMERATURE CONTROL SETTINGS.....when the heat is activated there is a flap the allows heat from hot coolant to circulated around it which heats the air and the air is then blown from that into the blower which blows the air throughout the vents 
.......ill print up the procedure thats in my manual tomarow after school...
