wheel and tire fitment

does anyone know what combination of rim size and width will fit with which size tire on a gtu with stock suspension????? let me know asap.. thanks guys!

i got 17's with 215/45/17's on them. fitment is great!

stock 91 na wheels, 215/50's up front, 225/50's in the rear. Fits great could even go bigger in the rear if the wheels could hold the tires.

do you know how wide the rim is on the 17's? it doesnt look like there is much room from the stock wheels as far as width goes

Its not about width its the offset that makes them fit.

isnt it a combination of width and offset? thats what im lookin for.. if someone could gimme what kinda area fits.. annnd also.. what about that like splash guard inside the wheel well and over the muffler.. can that be removed for more clearance?

Yup I removed mine to fit my mufflers, and I havent had a problem.



I know I had a set of 17x7 with a 35mm offset and 225/45's I beleive, they clearded with out a problem.

if you'd like, you could ask some 240sx guys about their fitments as well, since the FC will take the same sizes/offsets

17x8 with 30 or 35 offset would fit well all around with some 225/45-17
