I emailed them today, waiting on a response. I'll post it when they respond.

unless you have having something custom done, all the mazda apps for ron davis are handled through AWR Racing at 760-598-9783, ask for Tony or www.awrracing.com

Im partial to the Koyo

I very happy w/ the KOYO aluminum racing rad. My car can sit & idle, on a hot FL day and never go over 180ish. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683329.gif

my koyo rules..... only thing i can complain about is that it needed some modification to fit into the stock brackets
|
email reply from AWR Racing...
There are two styles to choose from depending on what your after. The first is a direct bolt in unit standard flow and costs $489.00 and the second is a crossflow unit that requires additional mounting brackets and hose changes. the cost for this is $450.00 plus $150 for hose kit. |
the 3rd car we took down to sevenstock hadthe kinghtsports/ron davis radiator and it gets hot, we had to trailer it over the grapevine

was that cuz of the radiator or nother problem with the car? waterpump? thermostart? air in the system? or is he actually having a problem with the radiator?
Even a new stock radiator should be able to cruise comfortably on the highway if everything else is in working order. But if something else isn't up to spec then no amount of radiator is really going to help you. |
