The top one is a knock sensor I think, at least on the FD it is.

top one is knock sensor. you can remove it with the haltech since it's no longer used...

no idea what you circled in the bottom..

the bottom one looks like a seperate connection for the distributor. it's not stock though. maybe to help the grounding?!?!
