The only things that are different that I can remember offhand are the radio surround, center vent, shifter/****/surround, the gauge cluster surround, and the cluster itself. Stuff like the demister grilles and door vents are the same.
I'd get the 89+ stuff if you can afford it, it seems to be made a lot better.
