I'm bored at work, as usual...and I'm thinking of other parts we can offer 2nd gen owners when we get our shop opened. I've got about 10 ported upper manifolds and I think about 6 bored out TBs. We're also making custom fuel rails, possibly...we're waiting for the new welder to arrive. Another buddy of mine makes custom intake manifolds for V8s, etc and said that he may be interested in helping us make some manifolds for the Turbo and possibly you NA guys too...but I wanna know, what would you all like to see as far as performance parts, stronger parts, etc...

BTW..we're not a body shop, so no custom body kit requests, lol

Custom fuel rails would be a nice thing. If you could sell a TII lower intake manifold that had an injector port in each runner--instead of just the primaries--and a fuel rail to match it would be good.

That's actually a good idea, I didn't think about that. I'll have to see if my buddy can do that, but I don't see why not. If he can't we'll see what can be done...

He makes the manifolds out of lightweight aluminum too...so that's another bonus...and don't worry, its strong and doesn't let the air get hot, actually I believe he said he sees a drop in intake temps w/ his manifolds, but he could just be talkin....

..maybe we can make manifolds that have two extra inlets for additional injectors...we could be onto something B)
Having the injectors in the intake manifold instead of the intermediate housing can help with fight lean conditions/detonation. You'd have to come up with a "kit" to plug the stock primary holes.

Yeah, it's a simple thing to make, but it's better to sell it with the stuff.
