What Motor Oil Do You Use For Your T2?

reason i ask, is because i know nothing about FC's, never cared to learn about them... basically, there are only a few similarities between fc's and fd's. Ive also searched, and havent found an answer i need... so yeah.. die!

20w50 Castrol GTX and i use the stock Mazda cartridge filters.
Though, i change my oil every 1k miles. Err, or at least i will, its really not that expensive because i don't put more than 300 miles on my car every month. And for the month of January i'll probably hit only 50. When i do drive my car though i push it HARD. Which is also why i decided to change my oil more frequently.
