#1
Im gonna do an oil change on my car tomorrow night. What oil should i use?? I went and bought some Royal Purple 10w30 for it, but i read somewhere that synthetic oil isnt good for the fc? Should i go ahead and use the RP oil or go get something different? Also.. what oil filters are recommeded for the T2?

Is your OMP hooked up and working?
If you disable your OMP and run premix the synthetic is fine. I run Amsoil 20w50 racing synthetic in mine and it runs cooler than with normal mineral oil.
I ran my car with the OMP and synthetic and when we tore down the engine there was no signs of ill affects from the synthetic being burned. Although I did run premix too.

how do i check to see if the OMP is hooked up? Also, what oil should i use for premix, and how much per tankful? Is it ok to run the premix and synthetic IF the omp is hooked up?
if its not and you haven't been premixing then your engine is blown, lets assume that its working
"Also, what oil should i use for premix, and how much per tankful?"
2cycle premix oil, you want to measure it in Oz/per gallon but there is some debate as to what to use. I'll keep my s4 front cover and not worry about it.

why would you want to do that? If your OMP is hooked up you don't need to premix and you don't want to run synthetic

Benny, not to act like a evil forum member, but do you do a search before you ask these questions?
I know these answers have already been covered. Its not like you are new to the rotary community, not with 816 posts and I know you are or were a prior FD owner.
If you really do not know what you are doing, then why do you buy items then ask if they will fit AFTER they are purchased?
Sorry I think you just ask questions cause your bored sometimes.
