Castrol 10W-30.

My Mazda dealer has been using Castrol 5W-30 in my car lately, and I've not had any problems. Still don't know whether its good or not.

I've used Castrol GTX for 9 years now...

Anyone try the Castrol "high mileage" oil? I wonder what the diff is.

TII or N/A with the TII i wouldn't go anything less than FULL synthetic 15W-50 and with the N/A 20W30 is good.

Howdy, yall. Well, here in Texas, my mechanic suggests Castrol 20W50, so naturally that is what I use

why would you use synthetic in a rotary? thats not good if im not mistaken, correct me if im wrong but some of the ingredients in synthetic wont completely burn leaving deposits left behind and ******* your motor, non synthetic oils burn completely , i use castrol gtx 20w50, i just wouldnt take the chance running a synthetic in a rotary if i was you, just my .02 cents though......piece

i was under that same assumption, that synethics are bad cuz they don't completey burn, and i also heard once u use synthetic you're not supposed to go back....

I've heard nothing but the same... stay away from synthetics yet Racing Beat pushes Royal Purple. I believe they mean for more on highly modded rotaries with no OMP using 2 cycle in the gas....
