go with the true dual exhaust from mazdatrix. i looks mean and i bet it sounds awesome. actually, the have a sound clip on the web site for what it sound like.

FCmaniac i have someone who will sell me the whole drivetrain out of a t2 for 700 is that a good price on it? the exhaust i have no are rusted like hell :( RX7Aggie them pipes are damn nice but cost a little more than i have right now what would the effects be if i just ran open headers till i got a real exhaust system o yea btw if you list other could you please tell me what it is

$700 sounds pretty steep unless its in damn good shape. Why the T2 trans and rear? Unless you plan on doing a full T2 swap later on (engine and everything), you could save money and get a NA trans with driveshaft and LSD rear (from a GXL if you have an S4). I'd check with Banzaitoyota and search around.
Open headers will have you wanting ear plugs in no time BTW. |

EXHAUST is my vote. I have the TRUE DUALS. Meammn- VERY Sound-GREAT and not like a chainsaw Price-WORTH EVERY PENNY. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png You can make your own for a bit less if you have acces to a mandrel bender. Oh yeah and you dont NEED the TII tranny unless you plan to do a turbo swap, go with some heavy mods, or buy that s/c kit from atkins.

i want a turbo i know if i sell it i would get no more than 2k fot it, it is a 88 na engine rebuilt and bridge ported has 130k miles on it power every thing and has a sun roof and no ac https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png if some one offers 3k i would take it but that is just a dream thanks for the reply yall 2

Are you sure its a BP? If it does have a recent rebuild and BP, then its got good potential.

yea it got rebuit this week by guch from guches motor sports its a BP I was going to get a jport on both intake and exhaust but wanted it to last a little longer so i went with a BP and I have seen some of guches porting work they are f***ing huge. i bought the car to race some friends stangs one has a 97 gt stock & the other has a 87 5.0 good head work pipes and cams factory short block and 100 shot of spray what would i need to take em on? also will i shoot flames with this port?

Not sure what it takes to beat those guys.. so many variables.
So now you have a freshly rebuilt and BP'd NA? It sucks you still have the auto but the BP would love the engine back exhaust. I change my vote!! You can shoot flames without the BP. Get the exhaust and see what happens. |
