What do i need to get rid of the

i can't recall but there might have been a post on this. I remember when i replaced my shifter boot there was like 3 rubber rings on my shifter that were totally melted. I want to replace them becuz it really hot near my shifter and im pretty sure these things insulate it. where can i find these thingys?
