Well first off I flooded the **** out of my 88. Upset me a bit because my car usually never floods. I shut it off without letting it warm up and that was it, it wouldn't start. I finally got it going after cleaning the plugs more times than I wanted too. I think my car was pissed since I was going to look at an 88TII, which I ended up buying! Unfortunately it didn't make it home do to a dead alternator, but I did get to take it up to 80 mph and it made good power. Its got some dings, but nothing major. 142,000 miles on the odometer on the original engine I believe, so we will see what happens. I'm happy with the car, it will be a fun project

2 grand. I'm going to try and pic up an alternator tomorrow, depending on how much it costs. I even registered it in Arlington so no emmissions for me I have to work early all weekend, if I get it running good I will give ya a call. Hell if I don't get it running good I will probably give you a call too, ha!.
