From what Ive seen, red is the least desirable color. Takes longer to sell, and doesnt sell for as much as other colors. This car wont be all-original anyways, so I dont think changing the color will actually drop the price.
Dark silvers and pewters dont look right on FC's. I havent seen one I liked yet. But thanks for the opinions. |
unless you're painting every square inch keep it red. red verts bring an extra $1000 over any other color, i dunno about the coupes though

You could always just paint it a different shade of red. This is what I plan on doing. Kandy apple red is the leader so far....

i'm still torn between painting mine the origonal color and going red with black wheels... i'd like that alot

At one point, I wanted to paint this car a deep crimson metallic. I love that color, but Ive only seen it on one FC, and didn't like it. But the pics were limited, and I may like it when done right. Im open to suggestions, especially if you have pics. |
I really like the look of dark red second gens. Not maroon or metallic, just a few shades darker than blaze.

I was really expecting white to do better...

Maybe black is my destiny....of the 4 FC's I have owned, all have been S5's, and 3 of them have been black. The TII was the only non-black FC Ive had.
