im have a werid problem with my car. when i first turn it on in the morning, 7 seconds later the "add coolant" buzzer comes on, and then 20 seconds later it goes off. i know i have enough coolant inside the radiator. What it was doing before was it would take whatever coolant there is in the radiator and dump it into the overflow resovoir, causing the add coolant light to come on. i pumped the excess coolant out of the overflow tank and noticed that my fan need to be changed (luckly i had a spare on at hand). i replaced the fan. now when i turn it on in the morning, the add coolant light comes on for like 20 seconds and then it goes off. the car isnt overheating tho...any suggestions? i think its still dumping whatever coolant from the radiator into the overflow tank because as an experiment, i pumped out the coolant in the overflow tank until it was halfway between FULL and LOW, and i checked it yesterday and it was 1\8th above FULL. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.gif

If coolant is still going into the overflow and the car is not overheating you have a coolant seal failure of some sorts..

I had a similar issue, the buzzer would come on until it warmed up.

It was just a small air pocket. I had it happen several times, each time I would release the air bleed screw and fill till the coolant came out, replace the screw, top off, and the buzzer would never come on after that (until I drained the coolant again, and forgot to do this procedure).
