Well after much research and frustration I finally settled for the Mobil 1 5w50,
although a few will tell me its no good for my application, some very experienced mazda
mechanics here have told me otherwise... so ill keep you posted on how it goes!

One of my friends with an Integra type r told me I should get "old engine oil"
