I've got all sorts of injectors anf fuel pumps laying around. So I was thinking... how about making a water injection system? It seems best to spray the water in before the tubo so the compressor mixes the water nicely into the air but would that cause the turbo to rust? I was also thinking about having like 2 injectors spray water/alcohol or both on to the intercooler too. Any other ideas or suggestions that may help?

Thanks

it won't rust but it will erode the compressor, not a good idea to have it before the turbo if you plan on keeping it for a while... imagine, tiny droplets of water smacking into the blades spinning beyond 100,000 rpm.

just put it right after the compressor.

Thats what I was thinking. I have seen it on the IC piping after the IC...

I really don't think a few drinks would impair his ability to do this mod.

put it right after the intercooler, that's where I have my aquamist hooked up to and I've had nothing but great results... Ie. no knocking what's so ever boosting 1.3 (19 psi) on 89 octane and 1.5 (22 psi) on 96 octane gas..

Ok, sounds great. I'll play around with it when I get to it.
