Yea...that's a lil odd w/ the steering wheel. I'm not god on dif between features on interiors on s4 & s5...but I just know that I've seen that steering wheel in s5s...after all....I'm just an SE-X God!

congrats on the purchase, welcome and good luck.

And you steering wheel people- maybe someone changed the steering wheel in

either his or your car. Some of them fall apart easy and being as it takes 5 minutes or so

to change someone changed it with one from a another car.

Thanks for all the warm welcoming. I have no idea about the steering wheel being a S5 or S4 but I do know that the steering wheel is what originally came with the car. Turbosmoke I was extremely lucky because I got the car for below $5400 and it had 46k original miles. I've taken the car for a closer inspection to T&R racing in queens NY (www.rx7s.com) and they did not find one thing wrong with the car =). Matter of fact I was even offered cash right on the spot for it because its so mint. I was told to keep it stock until I need a rebuild ... but Tony from T&R assured me that it will run smooth for another 50K so I have plenty of time to decide what kind of realistic power I want out of the car.

I think 88 T2's had the S5 n/a steering wheel...but the 87T2's still had the regular S4 wheel...
