let's see here. for an 87tii. i ask because i understand that some sources don't get both vacuum and boost signals

ebc: hooked up to the bottom nipple in the set of 3 facing the firewall on the UIM

boost gauge: t'd in with the boost sensor and bov, which is connected to the nipple below the bac valve

fpr: straight down to the nipple on the spider facing the wiper motor at an angle offset from the others

boost sensor: ditto for boost gauge

bov: ditto for boost gauge

fuel atomization nipple b/w oil and fuel injectors: was previously unconnected and uncapped by prev owner

thermowax valve: capped, but i'd like to get it back working. the vacuum diagram doesn't give a good idea where to connect it.

You should consider getting the fuel & oil injector bleeds working.

I'm using the old secondary double throttle pull-off nipple for the boost gauge.
