Two 13B motors

I have two 1987 Mazda RX-7 13B motors.
I pulled engine #1 out of my 1987 RX-7 just to find out that it Won't Fit in my 1991 RX-7 convertible. I Bought Engine #2 From a Used Japanese Motor Shop for $849.00 Plus Tax, as a Spare Motor.
Engine #1 has 70k but runs beautifully has no leeks I just replaced the oil pan gasket. Will sell for $700.00
Engine #2 has 40k it also runs some of the parts are rusty But it has no leeks. Will Sell For $500.00
Need $1200.00 for the 13B motor for my '91 Must sell A.S.A.P
Will Trade Both for a RUNNING 1991 13B
