i was wondering if you could put a universal bov on a turbo two and how hard it would be to do?

Yes ofcourse you could, get the universal flange and have it welded onto a custom pipe inbetween the turbo and IC

I made a flange (I'm a machinist) that goes into the hose where the stock bypass valve was. It worked fine, but now I have a FMIC, so it is welded onto the pipe.
