for the amount of work it is to use the stock turbo, its prolly less to use a full to4 and stuff |

I'm using a TII LIM, portmatched to a 6port block, and an FD UIM, portmatched to the LIM. I'm not going to run into the fitting issues Aaroncake did with his N/A manifolds.

A 50 trim T3 turbo has a compressor wheel about 5% smaller than the stock turbo, but the exhaust side is considerably smaller. I have only heard of one person using a T3 turbo on a 13B, and it was a super 60 compressor. The HP capability is about the same as the stock turbo, but it spools a little faster.
Just get a stock FC turbo and manifold. It will be the easiest to make work. |
