OK Unique TII's car runs....but it doesn't GO. As in it gets past 3k rpm and there's no HUGE amount of boost. The turbo spools, getting about 4lbs of boost but it's like the engine never sees it. Heck could have been riding in my NA for all intents.

He doesn't hear anything abnormal, to my ears it sounds like it's making a rather large hissing sound starting at 3k. He says it's clipped compressor wheels, and he'd know after all....

No loose vacuum lines that we can find.

The car is also hot as all hell, way hotter then it ought to be. Smells pretty horrid to (Or is that just Ed?) My feelings are that it's running lean but?

So answer the post and fix it allready!

Yeah we've taken it off and put em back on a few times now, can't think of any that would be missing. Maybe it sprung a leak? <_<

Check the Turbo inlet duct for cracks or leakage. Usually at the compressor end it cracks.
