Trying to diagnose any issues I have w/my new 7

pic 1: Part a is a fuel line so there should be no coolant leak there
pic 4: Its called zub-zero starting fluid or summin like that but it helps the car start when the temp is below zero
pic 5: Oil leak most likely mine had oil in that same area no ides where it was came from
pic 6: Yes it is a motor mount
pic 7: it prob is some sort of gaskit
