Rotary Experimental, 7th Version. (RX-7)

Turning the key and igniting the spark plugs, turning only two triangular rotors raising the hair

on my neck. Hearing the combusted gas flow out the 13b slightly spooling the turbine and trembling out

the exhaust. As I give it a little gas I feel the vibrations run up my leg, and through my body like a string

plucked on a guitar. I stop at a light not bragging of what is behind this black beast. I look at him

knowing it takes his car 5 liters to do what mine can in 1.3. It almost feels like I’m cheating with Wankels

idea, like they say the 4 rotor does in Lemans. Her curves so graceful like the waves at see, it’s hard to

imaging a car of higher ingenuity. Once taking off down the back roads just me and the whistling turbo,

it’s there I can appreciate the true beauty of the Mazda RX-7.
