how do i get the shifter housing off of the shaft? and the NA to TII are no different correct?
i unbolted the four bolts and couldnt get it to come off... https://i282.photobucket.com/albums/...o/S5000060.jpg |
the tailshaft housing needs to come off.
the entire end piece? why is that?
maybe you dont have to, but that shift rod is in the way, and i dont know if it moves enough
would this be in any of the manuals? i thought i would just unbolt the 4 bolts and pull it off the little shaft... i dont know what could be holding on that shaft.
if it is in the manual it didnt rate a picture, i think. there are a bunch of roll pins holding it all together

in the tail housing, or in the shifter housing? im going to either take the entire tail housing off, or break down the shifter housing. dont wanna do both when only one is needed...hopefully |
take the side cover off of the shifter housing and I want to say there are four roll pins that you can push out and the shifter assembly will slide off of the rod.....
