TPS FAQ link I double checked here and it is a common thought, you must jump the green two post terminal on the driver's side. I even checked other websites FAQ's just to make certain.

I will take another reading and post the results. If thats not it I will look for vacuum leaks and shtuff like that. Thanx all

You did irright, but to make sure everything is set right,this is what I did:

Set my TPS (To only where one light was on)

Adjusted the variable resistor to high

Adjusted the a/f mixture

Car has to be in the "on" position, but not running to set TPS

Unplug all wires (jumper and the check light)

Then, start the car and hook the jumpers back up (car might bog down a little)

Then go over to the passengers side and adjust the variable resistor counter-clockwise(idle should go up)

Adjust A/F mixture on the top of the intake mani to desired RPM

And adjust the variable resistor up or down...if you feel like it. I didnt do mine cause it was idling just right.
