Tii Sway Bars Vs Se Sway Bars

Is there any difference between the sway bars on a TII and on an SE - base model??? If the TII ones are bigger will they work on the SE? I know some one on here has to know this one I need to know

I read somewhere that the GXL and T2 bars were a bit thicker (at least the rear bar). I honestly couldn't tell when I swapped in a GXL rear bar into my SE. The biggest diff was just putting the RB front sway on.

we did a full t2 powertrain & suspension swap into an SE, sway bars got swapped too because the t2 bars were bigger.

Thanks alot! I need to know now though if the TII bars would bolt up to the SE suspension being that its 4lug NEone know??

I don't see why not. The only possible issue could be the rubber mounting bushings on the bottom of the frame rails . . these could be too small for the larger TII bar but they are just rubber, and might be usable as they are.

The bushings are matched to the bar, so get the bushings with the bar.

Thanks alot guys, its not for me I have the racing beat setup but there is a guy with a base model that wants to buy my bigger bars for cheep.
