cant he just count how many turbos are under his hood?

On a stoct TII engine it is pretty hard to see the turbo. Especially if you have ABS too.

it would seem easy to see 2 turbos though as well as the plumbing

You would think. The plumbing is clearly visible. It sounds like the guy is just a dumbass.

Every time somebody asks me what year miata I have, i should get their car, and every time sombody tells me that the 4cyl motor I have blow up every 10,000 miles I should get to bitch slap them.
