on my daily walks of the junk yards I found an '87 T2 in a pick-n-pull in the Bay area. I jacked with the hood catch to not open with the pull lever. So nobody would rape it...yet. If you need the parts just reach between the bumper and radiator, and pull down on the hood relese cable. Everything under the hood to the tail pipes is there. Interior is kinda trashed. etc. Hood is in perfect shape too.

There is also an 88 T2 in Richmond pick-n-pull but the motor and trans are gone, just drivelines and rear end are still there.
