I have been tempted by some of the manifolds I've seen on ebay lately!

Is there any way to make it work?

It's all in the clearance really..its not that t2 exhaust manifolds dont bolt onto the na block, its just that typically it rubs/doesnt clear the NA LIM...

Some aftermarket turbo kits would actually work on an NA due to where they position the turbo.. thing is, its hard to tell which ones until you have it on your car..in which case you spend a lot of money to find out you have to modify it some more....

You need to port match it for the 6pi port. Takes a bunch of die grinding is all. personaly I am all about custom manis.

Alrighty then. Since some of the aftermarket manifolds fit the n/a, who knows which ones for sure?

What about the custom intakes?

I have a haltech.

If I hold off on the turbo and buy an aftermarket throttle body will that be my new intake or will I still need a custom piece. I can add a bolt on part, I can take something apart and reassemble it, but other than that I'm useless.

You can also do something like this if you are willing to notch the frame for the wastgate on a stock turbo:
