What's the deal with hanginng CDs from your mirror? I've seen a few people do that. Can't anyone hear the whistle at 18 psi?

I don't think he was referring to the blow off noise, I think he was talking about the massive whine of a turbo spooling up to 18psi. If nobody hears it, then they don't know what they are listening to.
