i say for serious track use.

go with Cusco, ZEAL or Silkroad..maybe even FEED coilovers.

that is, of course..if you're willing to spend the big bucks on them.

on another note..

most of those jdm coilovers arent all that great for serious racing, the dampers fade and, they arent rebuildable either. so for the money you're really better off with ground control/koni's.

if you're seriously racing you will break stuff, we bend camber plates (1/4" steel!)

I got Koni Yellows, Ground Control Coilover, and Tein springs. Haven't driven with them yet so I shall see in the summer.

I run ground control camber plates the aluminum ones and bilteins from ISC racing with 400 and 250 lbs springs. Very nice setup. No fade. Not even during race conditions. However I think they are under damped for rebound a bit the car seems to bounce a bit on the street.

lol, we ran agx's with 320/220 springs on the race car for years, with the k2 camber plates, works great.

recently upped the spring rate to 450? 350? and that required koni's.

blue tokiko's with stock springs are good.

and illuminas with eibachs are good too.

anyone have any experience with the suspension upgrade racing beat is selling?

I saw one on their website and it looked rather complete but for a set of new shocks
