So its sunny out and im like, ok cool im gonna go for a drive today. Well you all know i havent really driven my car for about 6 months or so. Or any car with any power to be exact. So im cruising around town, doing the speed limit. My engine has about 700 miles on it now so i get on it a couple times, nothing major. Well when i would barely get on it my tires would break loose. Im using 245 z rated yokahamas on the back. Im talking cruising at like 30mph and barely punching it, and my back end would just kick loose. The porting makes a HUGE difference. Anyways.. so im driving along and i see my light is about to turn yellow. So i speed up a little... it turns yellow as i go under. As im coming out of the turn i touch the gas... well **** there goes my *** end. Slides out, so i correct .. but dummy me hasent done this in 6 months so i over correct let of the gas and as i wasnt coming around like i should, so i tap the gas again to send it back the correct way and sure enough there it goes. *** end now on the other side, so i tap the brake while i feather the gas a little. Anyways .. point being there was traffic on the road (lucky all stopped due to their light) and i fucked up. Got it under control but some people were honking at me. lol... anyways, im scared to drive it now. i BARELY got on it and its sunny and warm outside, the ground is dry as a bone.

me <-- idiot

about 9 months. I dont get why it kept breaking loose. The other night i was out and i got on it a bit and it didnt really get loose like it did.

i mean, before this new engine i could start back on the throttle coming out of the turn. And it wouldnt swing out. I know im not used to it, so maybe i applied too much and it just swung out.

either way, be careful everyone! lol.. scared the **** out of me after that happend. I drove right home and parked it in the garage. I dont want to drive it now lol

What was the temp? Most summer tires are absolutely **** when its even just cold outside. I can light my tires up all day long when the temp drops to 40 or below. When its warm, they just stick.
