Im bored and wanting to mess around with my car today. I havent filled the bottle on that thing since i got the car and probably never will. yeah you can. You go to the moderarion option scroll down in the bottom of the topic and hit the edit topic one.

rob is right you can just pull the tank out and disconnect the tube, then cap it on the manifold.

if I remember correctly the tank is able to slide off of it's bracket, but you might have to remove the charcoal canister first before it can slide forward off the thing. Then the bracket is bolted to the firewall.... but this is from memory I'm not sure it's right. I do remember it being pretty straighforward though, just get a flashlight and look around it, I believe the bracket locks into it on the bottom in two grooves.
