Today I drive my car for the first time in a loooong time, and I had cleaned the engine today as well. And now my stock temperature gauge wasnt working! I got jinked now that I hooked up the other gauge! My thoughts are maybe the wire for the sender got loose or some **** from the pressure washer, where is the wire for the stock gauge? On the pump?

It's on the driver's side of the rear housing, right near the oil pressure sender.

You may have knocked it loose when you did the gauges.

< Na, it worked last week when I did the gauges, it stopped working yesturday when I cleaned the engine, maybe it works again, who knows, I didnt even uncover the car today to see being as it was raining when I got home. By the way- I went to KOOKS yesturday, he reccomends I take the silencer off, then Im going to have him make a new pipe out of stainless, and a stainless high-flow converter, he says it will be alot quiter, and if it isnt quiet enough for me, he could always throw the silencer back on. I drop the car off middle of next week he wants it, you want to go or will you be working?

Yeah, I didn't think he'd want to use the silencer. Next week I may be busy. I'm not sure.

Its cool, he ONLY had 3 race cars there, lol. They have a website as well: KOOKSCUSTOMHEADERS.COM. I believe he is one of the founders of Hooker headers.
